Professional health management fees are as follows:

  • Laparoscopic Gastric Sleeve $5,000 out of pocket with private health insurance.

NB - Payment of the fee can be made in 1 or 2 installments prior to the procedure. 

After the first installment is made, an 80% maximum refund may be given if a patient does not proceed with the surgery.
